Hot Yoga


Welcome to Hot Yoga Ocean Ave. 

We recommend students attend a minimum of 3 classes. 

Avoid eating heavy foods  prior to class time. Come to class well hydrated.

What to bring:  shower size towels, a mat, a bottle of water. 

Mats, Towels, and Water are available for $2.00 each

Hot 75

26 postures and 2 breathing exercises repeated twice.  Practiced in a heated room.

Power Yoga 

Power Yoga classes are taught by a diverse group of teachers. This second generation Power Yoga teaching staff have been influenced by Anna Forest, Hot Vinyasa, Beryl Berch Ashtanga Power Yoga, Jiva Mukti Ashtanga Vinyasa.

This is a vigorous hot practice.

Yin Yoga

is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes

or longer per pose is typical.

Candlight Yin Yoga

End your day with the tranquility of our candlelight yoga class. Make a mind body connection that will aid in your body’s flexibility and strength.

The focus of this class is to learn what the body can do and honor its accomplishments.

A perfect way to find relaxation at the end of a long day or to rejuvenate your spirit. All levels are welcomed and encouraged.
