Hot Yoga

 

Welcome to Hot Yoga Ocean Ave. 

We recommend students attend a minimum of 3 classes. 

Avoid eating heavy foods  prior to class time. Come to class well hydrated.

What to bring:  shower size towels, a mat, a bottle of water. 

Mats, Towels, and Water are available for $2.00 each

 

Hot 90

26 postures and 2 breathing exercises repeated twice.  Practiced in a heated room.

90 minutes class

26  postures divided between a standing and floor series and 2 breathing practices w/ variations.

60 minutes class

Hot Flow

Hot Flow is a series of postures linked together to stretch and strengthen the spinal column and joints of the body.This class is divided between a standing and floor series. 2 breathing exercises are preformed.

60-75 minutes class

Power Yoga 

Power Yoga classes are taught by a diverse group of teachers. This second generation Power Yoga teaching staff have their roots f  Barron Baptiste Hot Vinyasa, Beryl Berch Ashtanga Power Yoga, Jiva Mukti Ashtanga Vinyasa.

This is a vigorous hot practice.
