Yoga is practiced is daily. We recommend a minimum of 3 days a week to gain the full benefits of the practice. Avoid heavy foods and alcohol 3 hours prior to class time. Stay hydrated. Drink at least 2 liters of water during the day to prepare properly for your class...not drinking enough water may lead to feelings of nausea and dizziness while practicing.
